i havent touched my alphas. they r really nicely tapered. not too slim. fits nicely in the thighs; very similar to a 501 levi’s in the thighs, and similar to 511 opening. perfect blend between 501 and 511 in my opinion. very happy with my alphas

it’s sometimes appropriate to have the top button buttoned along with the middle one (a stylistic decision — if the lapel is flat, it can look good to button it; if the lapel rolls over and hides the top button, only button the middle one), it’s always appropriate to have the middle button buttoned (the middle button pulls the jacket together at your natural waist and lets the bottom naturally flare out around your hips), and you should never button the last button (doing so messes up the intended tailoring and flare offered by the middle button).

man… you need to just suck it up and seek help. depression is real. im sure you don’t feel comfortable talking to your friends or family about this so you come on here and ask for advice anonymously, but i can’t be of much help. the kind of delayed feedback you get from me won’t help you at all, if anything, will make you feel even more depressed and anxious. if you’re in school, go ask someone for help. colleges offer counseling for free and its always confidential. highschools have counselors as well. dont just think that depression is something everyone goes through and you come out of it okay. its a serious issue that needs to be addressed. don’t let your ego get in the way of seeking help for this.
